Where do I even start? From the beginning when I called them, me and my girlfriend were going through a stressful situation with her grandmother dealing with end of life circumstances and trying to sign over a power of attorney. Monica is who I spoke with who was very informative and very helpful from the very start. She ended up meeting us at the hospital and coming all the way up to the hospital room to meet my girlfriend's grandmother and notarize a power of attorney document for us. This is the best mobile notary in or around Boston. If I could give a higher rating I totally would. I called and asked about notary services and as Monica learned more about my situation, She suggested it might be most efficient for me to Take my family member to a notary myself. I called Boston Mobile Notary & Apostille Service about 11:30 AM because we needed some documents notarized later that day. Monica answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. She made sure the documents had the correct wording in order for it to be notarized. I also needed the documents to have not just a notary signature and stamp but also a “seal” which she said they also had. A link to provide my contact information, appt day and time requested and to upload the document was then sent to me. I requested a 6 PM appt later that same day. Monica arrived at my location on time. She was very friendly and professional. Everything was notarized shortly thereafter. The price for the convenience of having someone come to my location, after regular business hours, and with my specific request for a seal met, was reasonable and well worth it . If I could , I would give 100 stars for the amazing service Boston Mobile Notary provided me and my cousin.
